Frequently Asked Questions

Where do we deliver?

Singapore and most countries worldwide. For overseas addresses, do check with us so we can advise accordingly.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered upon payment confirmation?

For deliveries within Singapore island, it will be within 10 business working days.
For overseas addresses, more information will be furnished upon order confirmation. Customers will be kept informed of schedule of delivery and be provided with postal tracking numbers for tracking. We deliver to most countries, but please do check with us before placing an order.

How do I know the artwork is genuine or authentic?

Every piece of artwork comes with an accompanying certificate of authenticity (attached to the back of frame with art tape). Each artwork is individually signed by artist, dated (year of production) and numbered.

What do you mean by limited edition artwork print?

For exclusivity, we limit the number of editions for each artwork produced for a particular size. For example, limited editions of 8 means only 8 prints for that size will ever be printed. Hence, every edition is considered an original and master piece for that size. Once edition 8 is printed, the image will be retired and no further prints will be made.

How are the frames made?

All our art frames are custom-made upon orders. We offer 2cm wood frame, acrylic cover, white or off-white matt board with cut-out with perforated back board for light weight. Our framing colour and style is modern/minimalist which suits any walls and more importantly, lets the artwork take centre stage.

How/What is our printing process?

All artworks are giclee prints: (which consists the following elements)
* High resolution original digital image (from artist)
* Pigment Ink (Epson ink technology)
* Professional fine art printer (EPSON printer technology)
* Hahnemuhle Professional fineart paper Photo Rag Bright White, 310gsm, 100% cotton

The above production criteria will ensure longevity of the artwork and ensures the quality of the artwork for the customer to enjoy for years to come. Check out our blog post on "What is a giclee print"
