FREE Local Delivery (Singapore)

14 days upon confirmation of order.  Door step delivery by Artinspr.  If you cannot wait that long to enjoy your selected piece of art, do drop us a message, we will definitely be delighted to expedite your acquisition to best of our ability.  (terence@artinspr.com)

International delivery available

• 14 - 28 days upon confirmation of order via DHL delivery services.
• Parcel tracking is available via DHL tracking number.
• Any import taxes or sales taxes you may have in your country or fees imposed by your country will be collected by the courier before releasing your order to you.
• We are required by law to declare the full value and contents of your order for customs and insurance purposes

If you wish to enjoy your select piece of art sooner, please contact us and we will be delighted to expedite your shipment. A fee for expedited shipping does apply.

 

Returns policy

In the event of damaged goods, pictures of the condition of the items on arrival at client location must be provided as visual proof.  

Please send email to terence@artinspr.com to initiate returns process.  

Items should be opened and inspected upon acceptance and any defects or damages should be highlighted to Artinspr within 3 days of discovery.  We do not encourage keeping package sealed for extended periods.  After 10 business days, sale is final.

Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a description of the reason for the return.  Please state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
